About

DMA Associates was established in 2007 and since then, we have delivered professional quality architectural and expert services to many clients throughout the UK.

We are both Architectural Designers and Chartered Building Surveyors; we have a thorough understanding of buildings and clients’ needs and requirements.

At the heart of what we do is architectural design , project management and expert reporting. We are particularly experienced in designing and reporting on accommodation, to meet the needs of individuals with often severe and permanent disabilities.

With over 20 years’ experience, we have the skills, knowledge and understanding to guide and assist our clients with their accommodation and property requirements. We have been fortunate to be trusted by leading lawyers, case managers and other support staff, together with a further wide range of client bases, including local authorities, housing associations, homeowners, businesses, community groups and high profile individuals.

Our focus is always on quality; we listen and take the time to understand our clients and work with them to achieve the desired outcome. For many of our clients this can be both a difficult and concerning time, were good advice, support and guidance in paramount.

Our work extends into advising on suitable accommodation including Expert Witness Accommodation Reports in respect of disabled individuals.

DMA Associates is a trusted and fully regulated firm. Our firm is regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and abides by their Code of Conduct. We are also member of the Society of Expert Witnesses, and we actively encourage our staff to keep up to date on the ever changing world, through regular Continued Professional Development.

DMA Associates supports a number of charity organisations including Headway (The Brain Injury Charity) – we are proud to serve on the local committee, together with support for the Backup Trust for Spinal Injuries and other organisations through ongoing sponsorship.
